United StatesI was looking for a simple poll pad for my boyfriend’s off-the-track-thoroughbred when I saw these therapeutic pads… While I am open minded to magnetic therapy, I wasn’t sure what to expect for this sweet gelding who has been struggling with some anxiety issues during training / competition. My boyfriend was definitely skeptical but kindly allows me to try “woo-woo” products and techniques for his horses. The pad was bigger than I expected and the magnets inside are tiny. I admittedly also felt a little skeptical until I strapped it onto his halter. Within less than a minute, the horse had his head lowered, yawning repeatedly (which is not characteristic for him). He was nearly asleep by the time he was groomed and saddled up. We took him for a ride and both noted a significant difference in the horse. It is by no means a magic wand for behavior or training but there is something in this technology that increased the ease for our horse and made a difference for us. It may not be the same for every horse. But even my cowboy boyfriend is now a believer in the “woo woo magnets”, and I will recommend them, too. In fact, we are purchasing a second poll pad for our other off-the-track quarter horse.

United StatesThis poll pad is working very well with a horse we have that can get excited or tense. I feel he also is looser in his neck and jaw, very happy with it.
